Is whitening safe?
Teeth whitening is safe for teeth and gums when supervised by your dentist. Every smile is unique; we will evaluate your situation, custom fit your whitening trays, and provide the correct gel concentration. Some patients may experience tooth or gum sensitivity, which we can alleviate.
How long does whitening last?
You can expect your smile to look whiter for several years, depending on your exposure to coffee, tobacco, and other staining agents. Your custom-fit trays can be used again and again with whitening gel refills available through our office.
Usually we recommend "Touching-up" twice a year after your 6 month cleaning and checkup visit.
